EB3 Hub connects skilled and unskilled workers with U.S. employers who sponsor EB-3 green cards — from your first eligibility check through job placement, labor certification, and the immigrant visa interview.

Getting a green card through employment involves three government agencies, mountains of paperwork, and years of patience. Our job is to make it feel manageable.
The EB-3 is an employment-based U.S. immigrant visa that leads directly to a green card. The "Other Workers" sub-category covers full-time jobs needing less than two years of training — roughly 10,000 visas are allocated each year for workers filling chronic labour shortages.
You don't need a university degree, savings statements, or English fluency by law. You need a U.S. employer willing to sponsor you, the physical ability to do the job, and a clean personal record. Caregivers, cleaners, hospitality, food-service, warehouse and general labourers commonly qualify.
An approved EB-3 case doesn't just cover the worker. Your spouse and any unmarried children under 21 become derivative applicants — they can move to the United States with you as permanent residents on the same petition.
We match candidates with vetted sponsoring employers, coordinate with immigration attorneys on labor certification (PERM) and the I-140 petition, and prepare you for consular processing or adjustment of status. One team, one point of contact, one goal.

Complete our Unskilled Eligibility Questionnaire. We review your background — immigration history, medical admissibility, and personal record — and match you with a sponsoring U.S. employer.
Your sponsoring employer files the PERM labor certification with the Department of Labor, then the I-140 immigrant petition with USCIS. We coordinate documents at every step.
Once your priority date is current you'll go through consular processing (or adjustment of status if already in the U.S.). You receive your green card and start work with your sponsoring employer.
We work with verified U.S. employers to provide full-time, permanent job opportunities under the non-skilled EB-3 employment-based program. These are the sectors currently hiring.
Pickers, packers, general warehouse operatives, and light production and assembly support.
Restaurant crew, food prep, kitchen support, and hospitality roles with multi-unit operators.
Commercial cleaning, housekeeping, hospitality room attendants, and facility maintenance teams.
Home care aides, senior living support, and personal care roles for medically stable clients.
Live openings from our sponsoring employers. Apply through the eligibility questionnaire to be considered.
Answer a few questions and we'll tell you honestly whether EB-3 is right for you. If you don't qualify, we'll say so — and point you toward what might work instead.
