What is the EB-3 visa?
The EB-3 is an employment-based U.S. immigrant visa that leads directly to a green card. The "Other Workers" sub-category covers full-time jobs needing less than two years of training — roughly 10,000 visas are allocated each year for workers filling chronic labour shortages.
Who qualifies as "Other Workers"?
You don't need a university degree, savings statements, or English fluency by law. You need a U.S. employer willing to sponsor you, the physical ability to do the job, and a clean personal record. Caregivers, cleaners, hospitality, food-service, warehouse and general labourers commonly qualify.
Permanent residency for your family
An approved EB-3 case doesn't just cover the worker. Your spouse and any unmarried children under 21 become derivative applicants — they can move to the United States with you as permanent residents on the same petition.

How it works
The EB-3 journey, in three broad stages.
Petition & certify
Your sponsoring employer files the PERM labor certification with the Department of Labor, then the I-140 immigrant petition with USCIS. We coordinate documents at every step.
Visa & arrival
Once your priority date is current you'll go through consular processing (or adjustment of status if already in the U.S.). You receive your green card and start work with your sponsoring employer.
